Back to School promotion terms and conditions

1. The organiser of the promotion is kaš-mi-daš, s.r.o.
2. The promotion runs from 17 August to 30 August 2026 inclusive, or while gift stocks last.
3. The promotion is valid on the kasmidas.cz online store and at the kaš-mi-daš brick-and-mortar store.
4. With purchases over CZK 590, the customer receives a set of three macaron gel pens in pink, purple and green, with a total value of CZK 105.
5. With purchases over CZK 1,490, the customer receives a KACO silicone pencil case and pen set worth CZK 249. The gift colour may be selected from the variants currently available.
6. With purchases over CZK 2,990, the customer receives a kaš-mi-daš gift voucher worth CZK 500 for use on a future purchase.
7. The customer always receives one gift corresponding to the highest qualifying purchase tier. The individual gift tiers cannot be combined.
8. The qualifying purchase value is calculated after all discounts and discount codes have been deducted and excludes shipping and other services.
9. Gifts are available only while stocks last.
10. If part of an order is returned and the value of the goods retained no longer meets the conditions for the gift received, the customer must also return the gift, or its value will be deducted from the refund.
11. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or claimed retrospectively for purchases already completed.
