Black Friday

1. Organizer

The organizer of the Black Friday promotion is kaš-mi-daš, s.r.o., Company ID 05883091 (“Organizer”).

2. Duration of the Promotion

The promotion is valid:

from Friday 28 November to Sunday 30 November

or until stock sells out, whichever comes first.

3. Discount and Use of the Code

• Discount amount: 20%
• The discount is applied using the code "kasmidas".
• The discount code must be entered in the cart before completing the order.
• The discount applies only to products meeting the promotion criteria.

4. Eligible and Non-Eligible Products

The 20% discount applies to:

• Stationery products available in our online store.
• Products currently in stock at the time of purchase.

The discount does not apply to:

• Café assortment (food and beverages)
• Workshops, courses, and other services
• Gift vouchers

5. Restrictions

• The discount is valid only during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.
• The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, sales, loyalty benefits, or discount codes unless stated otherwise.
• The discount code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.
• The promotion is valid while stock lasts.

6. Returns and Complaints

Products purchased during the Black Friday promotion follow standard conditions for:

• Complaints under applicable legislation and the Organizer’s complaint policy.
• Returns within the legal period for online purchases.

In case of order cancellation, the refunded amount equals the discounted purchase price (not the original pre-discount price).

7. Changes to the Promotion

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

The Organizer also reserves the right to update these terms when necessary due to operational or legal reasons.
