Bonus Program is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. With our bonus program, you can collect points and use them as a discount on your future purchases. Below you’ll find key information about how our loyalty program works:
Become a Member of the Community
The bonus program is designed for our kaš-mi-daš community. Joining is easy – simply register and shop while logged in so we can always recognize you. 🤗 As a thank you, we will immediately credit 50 points to your account.
Collect Points
When you shop in our e-shop, not only do you get great products, but you also earn points as a reward for your loyalty. These points are automatically credited to your loyalty account, meaning the more you shop, the more points you earn. Collecting points is simple and gives you additional benefits on your future purchases.
Points for Purchases
Points for purchases are credited to your account immediately after your order has been paid. The number of points earned is calculated based on the rate: 1 Point for every 10 CZK spent.
Redeem Your Points
Once you have collected enough points, you can use them as a discount on your next purchases in our e-shop or at the kaš-mi-daš store. This means you can shop at lower prices or even get products for free. The discount is calculated at the rate of 1 Point = 1 CZK discount.
How to Redeem Points in the E-shop?
Points can be redeemed in the third and final step of the shopping cart on the “Your Information” page, where you choose whether and how many points you want to apply to your order. No need to worry about calculations – you can enter the full amount of points. If you enter more points than can be applied, the system will automatically use only the maximum possible amount and return the rest to your account.
Track Your Progress
After logging into your account, you can check your current points balance and order history at any time. This helps you stay informed and take full advantage of our loyalty program.
Points Validity
Your bonus points are valid for 365 days. So make sure to use them regularly and in time!
Combining Discounts
It is not possible to use points and a discount coupon on the same order. If you apply a coupon, you will not be able to use points for that order, and vice versa. Using a discount coupon affects the total order amount and therefore also the total number of points earned.
Returns
If you return a purchased product, the earned points will also be deducted. Your points balance will be recalculated to its original state before the purchase.
Additional Information
Bonus points are not currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to modify the program parameters or cancel the program at any time. In the case of misuse or fraud, sanctions may include suspension of the customer’s right to participate in the program. Bonus points CANNOT be used when exchanging goods.
