Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese art of repairing broken objects with gold. It is not just about repairing – it is about elevating the broken to a higher level. Cracks are not hidden, but highlighted. They become a source of beauty and strength.

We can look at our soul in the same way. At the inner wounds, scars, and difficult periods that have shaped us.

Detailed information

Product detailed description

This experiential art therapy workshop offers a safe space for slowing down, inner reflection, and symbolic work with the themes of injury, acceptance, and transformation.

Creating here is not about performance, but about experience—about the possibility of grasping pain, accepting it, and integrating it into your own story.

What the workshop can offer you:

  • a space to calm down and pause
  • the opportunity to symbolically work with what was or is difficult
  • a deeper understanding of your own inner processes
  • the experience that even cracks can carry value and strength

The workshop is not a substitute for psychotherapy, but it can be a healing and supportive complement.

Workshop schedule
The workshop takes place in a calm, respectful atmosphere and includes the following approximate phases:

Introductory circle

  • introduction of participants and the program
  • tuning in to a safe space
  • voluntary sharing: why I am here, what I expect from the workshop

  • Symbolism of "repair"
  • Therapeutic and personal transcendence

Internal reflection

  • closing the workshop

Profile of lecturer Veronika

I studied Art Therapy at the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. I mainly draw on projective intervention therapy, which has its roots in the psychodynamic approach. During the creative process, we focus on deeper layers of experience, often those that people are not yet fully aware of themselves.
