This range was carefully designed in cooperation with popular Polish calligraphers to make calligraphy writing more pleasant and easier. In producing the inks, KWZ focused on:
- no feathering on different types of paper, especially copier paper, so that calligraphy exercises, guidelines, etc. can be printed.
- proper flow from calligraphy nibs, especially flexible and pointed ones, meaning that a single dip of the nib is enough for several lines of writing, rather than just a few letters
- the ability to write very fine lines with pointed nibs
- one of the most impressive properties, which is hard to find elsewhere: a stable mixture of gold or silver particles that do not settle - there is no need to shake or stir them during use.
- a permanent bond with paper.
Professionals accustomed to very fast calligraphy writing (unlike beginners) may slightly dilute the ink with a few drops of water to achieve properties suited to their individual needs.
