The Bullet Journal® Method is a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system. A specially developed 120 gsm paper offers a smooth surface with very low transparency, so previous entries don’t show through and every page feels pristine. The A5 format with a sturdy hardcover is spacious yet portable. All pages are numbered, and the book lays flat thanks to thread‑binding.
