Permanent ink for refillable markers
Tom’s Studio Permanent Inks were developed for the Ori refillable marker. Their water-based formula provides bold, long-lasting marks without the strong fumes typically associated with conventional alcohol-based permanent markers.
The ink can be used on paper, card, plastic, glass, ceramic, metal, wood, packaging and other surfaces. It is suitable for labelling, organising, personalising packaging and a wide range of creative projects. The final level of durability depends on the material and its surface finish.
On paper and card, the ink is permanent and water-resistant once dry. On plastic and metal, it creates durable marks that may still be removed by abrasion or cleaning products. On glass and ceramic, it becomes smudge-resistant when dry but can be removed with water and thorough scrubbing.

Compatibility

Care and use
- always cap the marker securely when not in use
- do not overfill the ink reservoir
- do not carry a freshly filled marker with the tip pointing downwards
- keep the ink away from delicate fabrics and unfinished surfaces
- test the ink on an inconspicuous area before using it on sensitive materials
