    The Hound of the Baskervilles – a red trail through a dark landscape

    The Hound of the Baskervilles draws on Arthur Conan Doyle’s famous Sherlock Holmes novel. The deep red base evokes the threatening presence of the hound, while a green surface sheen suggests its eerie glow in the night.

    The dark red colour shifts from lighter to very saturated tones. On suitable paper, heavily inked areas can develop a green sheen, creating an unusual colour contrast.
