Who will guide you through the workshop
Instructor Blanka
My name is Blanka Dražanová, and I am an artist and painter. As part of the Pocta Matce Zemi project, I focus on watercolor painting and on creating natural colors from clay pigments – watercolor paints, soft pastels, wax blocks, natural inks, and drawing charcoal.
I lead courses for children and adults focused on natural colors and have long been exploring ways of creating in closer connection with nature. I also work with plant-based dyes and founded a demonstration garden of dye plants at Zahradnictví Obora. I see working with natural colors as a way of connecting with nature and its rhythm.
