Shop´s 2nd Birthday

1. Organiser

The prize draw is organised by kaš-mi-daš, s.r.o., Company ID No. 05883091, with its registered office at Pod Nuselskými schody 1721/3, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 272403 (hereinafter the “organiser”).

2. Dates and location

The promotion takes place on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00 on both days, at the kaš-mi-daš physical shop, Janovského 33, Prague 7. The prize draw ends each day once the allocation of 150 prizes has been exhausted, even if this occurs before 18:00.

3. Eligibility and participation

• Customers who make a purchase directly at the kaš-mi-daš physical shop during the promotion may participate.
• There is no minimum purchase amount.
• Each customer may draw no more than once per calendar day, regardless of the number or value of their purchases.
• A customer may participate again on the following day after making another purchase, provided that prizes for that day are still available.
• Participation is in person only. An online purchase alone does not qualify for the prize draw.
• No registration or consent to marketing communications is required.

4. How the draw works

After making a purchase, the customer may spin the prize-draw drum and draw one ticket at random in the presence of shop staff. Every ticket wins one specific prize. Drawn tickets are not returned to the drum. The prize is determined by chance, not by the organiser or staff.

A separate set of 150 prizes is available for each day. Once that day’s prizes have all been awarded, the draw ends for that day and any subsequent purchases do not qualify for participation.

5. List of prizes

Each day, 150 prizes are available with a stated total value of CZK 12,106.

The prize awarded is determined by the ticket drawn. Prizes cannot be chosen, exchanged for other products or redeemed for cash.

6. Prize collection and redemption

• Physical prizes are handed over in the shop immediately after the draw.
• Winners of gift vouchers will receive the relevant voucher, which specifies its validity period and conditions of use.
• Prizes consisting of a hot drink or a cake are provided as vouchers. These can be redeemed during a later visit to the kaš-mi-daš café, up to and including 31 December 2026. They do not have to be redeemed on the day of the draw.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If an original prize cannot be provided for objective reasons, the organiser will offer a suitable replacement agreed with the winner.

7. Additional conditions

• People directly involved in running the prize draw are not eligible to participate.
• The organiser may exclude anyone who breaches these rules or attempts to interfere with the randomness of the draw.
• In the event of serious objective circumstances, the organiser may make necessary changes to the promotion while preserving participants’ rights to prizes already won.
• Any changes to the rules will be announced on this website and in the shop.

8. Final provisions

By participating in the draw, participants confirm that they have read these rules. The rules are available on the kaš-mi-daš website and for inspection at the physical shop. They take effect on 7 November 2026.
